Requesting a party date

Please complete the form and click on the submit button to request a party date. We will check availability of your selected time and contact you as soon as possible to get more details and schedule your Lazer Kraze party.

Please note all parties must be scheduled with a reservationist and the $75 deposit paid at least one week in advance. No time is guaranteed until the deposit has been paid so please don't send out invitations to your guests until the time has been confirmed and the deposit has been paid.
